ABOUT NICOLA

Nicola is invited to speak internationally and has published two international bestsellers, which have been translated into 16 languages. She is the preferred sales specialist for a number of large organisations.

Following the implementation of Nicola’s groundbreaking SAM© model two of Nicola’s VIP consultancy clients have completed successful exits in the past twelve months and she herself is a keen investor in scale-ups. On average her VIP clients record a 140% increase in Net Profit eight months after engagement.

Nicola herself is a past winner at the North-East Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012 and in 2017 she was added to the Smith & Williamson Power 100, which recognizes the top 100 individuals that help shape policy, champion and mentor entrepreneurs in the UK. She has guest lectured at Newcastle University Business School, Newcastle Business School, Durham University Business School and Sunderland University.

Nicola’s charitable fund The Aurora Foundation is managed by County Durham Community Foundation and she also donates a chunk of her time working and inspiring school children through the ‘Speakers for Schools’ charity, for which she received the Worshipful Company of Educators’ Mary Lou Carrington Award in April 2020.
